Overall, the stay was pleasant mainly because of the excellent staff, but the facilities and service
6.0The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and genuinely hospitable throughout our stay. The room, though small, was comfortable and had a charming Vigan heritage feel with modern touches like a good AC, smart TV, and decent Wi-Fi. The included breakfast was satisfying, and overall the place had a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
− There were several issues that affected comfort, including mosquitoes in the room, lack of curtains which made it too bright in the morning, and poor soundproofing where noise from other rooms was very noticeable. The shared bathroom was not well-maintained, there was no shower heater, and basic services like room cleaning and fresh towels were not provided during our stay.
