− We travelled for 3-4 hours to get here and arrived late at night to no electricity. After attempting to call several times, we finally got through but it took over an hour to resolve as they needed to 'top up the electricity'. It was very unprofessional as they sent us to a high voltage room full of electricity and was asked to press different buttons to try and rectify it. I refused to do this as i am pregnant and did not feel safe. Once they got the electricity back on, there was no remorse or apology from the hosts. It would have been nice if they would have came to the apartment to apologise. The hot tap was cold and vise versa. The toilet is leaking and constantly flushing and noisy all night. Wifi did not work well and would go off every 20 minutes. I did not feel safe here and would definitely not stay here again.

The location was very poor

− The premises were in a very deprived area with damaged cars in a dirty and deprived street. The area looked so bad that our guests did not want to stay there and drove home instead.

Did not feel comfortable with the location and the property was only adequate for an overnight stay.

Pleased with the ease of parking. Instructions on obtaining keys and access to property were clear and correct.

− The room was very basic with adequate facilities for an overnight stay but nothing more. The property appeared to be generally clean but dirt and grubbiness could be seen behind doors etc. Only one towel had been provided for the shower and no mirror in bathroom. Disappointed that no coffee sachets were available.

Quiet area with easy parking a very pleasant stay functional but not fancy

Very functional for the visit to friends we made

− No mirrors at all , no coat hooks
