Teleurstellende ervaring
1.0− Teleurstellende ervaring Helaas hebben wij niet kunnen genieten van ons verblijf. We kwamen rond 19:00 uur aan, maar het begon al met veel moeite om de auto kwijt te kunnen. We hebben ongeveer een half uur rondgereden voordat we uiteindelijk een parkeergarage vonden. Daar bleek echter dat deze al om 20:30 uur sloot en op zondag niet toegankelijk was, waardoor dit geen bruikbare oplossing was. Bij aankomst in het appartement hing een onaangename geur. Daarnaast ontbrak een gordijn bij de terrasdeur, waardoor er weinig privacy was en er veel licht naar binnen zou komen. Het grootste probleem was echter de omgeving. Rondom het appartement hingen veel zwervers en de sfeer in de buurt voelde voor ons erg onveilig. Hierdoor voelden wij ons niet comfortabel om daar de nacht door te brengen. Uiteindelijk hebben wij besloten om het appartement al rond 20:15 uur weer te verlaten. Dat was erg jammer, want we hadden ons verheugd op ons verblijf. Op basis van onze ervaring zouden wij deze accommodatie helaas niet aanbevelen.

9.0Alles sauber und ordentlich, kleines Begrüßungsgeschenk (Wasser + Snacks). Ich brauchte ein Babybett für meine Tochter, was kinderlos und unkompliziert zur Verfügung gestellt wurde!
Unterkunft sehr empfehlenswert!
9.0Geräumigkeit und Ausstattung den Abbildungen entsprechend. Lage sehr ruhig und nur wenige Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof und zur Innenstadt entfernt gelegen.
− Das ungefragte Geduze des dem Eindruck nach automatisierten Kommunikationssystems ist unprofessionell und nervig. Man ist zahlender Kunde! Habe schon mehrfach (anderswo) erlebt, dass einem eine Unterkunft bei Ankunft persönlich präsentiert wird. Hier leider nicht. Steht im Widerspruch zu dieser Kautionsforderung, die doch nur im Verbund mit einer geordneten Übergabe Sinn macht.
Empfehlenswertes Apartment - modern und gepflegt
10.0Ein wirklich sehr schönes Apartment mit guter Ausstattung. Ich bin ziemlich schwierig wenn es um Sauberkeit geht aber hier war alles schön sauber und gepflegt. Das Apartment ist sehr modern und man fühlt sich wohl dort zu sein. Auch das einchecken und auschecken war super einfach und ging richtig schnell. Es war wirklich eine tolle Erfahrung. Der Balkon war wirklich ein Highlight!! Kann ich nur empfehlen! :)
