7.0Spaciousness Quietness Area for our dog to run Close to Trial Bay and South West Rocks Facilities/Beaches etc Communication with Listed Holiday Agent After Hours prompt.
− Gas Stove wasn't working. Fan in 1st Queen Bed Room not working at all. 'Replacement" source, not working. Fan in 2nd Queen Bedroom works only at 1 slow speed, even when changed. No Heating source in rooms and being fairly wet during our stay this would've been useful, especially given the polished cement flooring throughout. Only source of heating was a fireplace that required cleaning out of ash and chimney flu opening was found to be blocked when I cleaned it all out.
Pretty spot, convenient location, great value for money.

− The only thing that could make this place better is a coffee machine. Even just a little pod one will do. Did have a few issues trying to get the Tele to work. But I thought that was a good thing. If I wanted to watch Tele I could of stayed home.
