− - dans la salle d'eau : les odeurs nauséabondes en permanence, l'aerateur en panne, un rideau de douche pour remplacer une des parois de la cabine cassée, le deuxième tiroir du meuble qui ne peut pas s'ouvrir complètement en raison de la tuyauterie d'évacuation, la fonction lavante du wc qui ne fonctionne pas - l'insuffisance d'équipement dans la cuisine - la télévision en russe inutilisable - la climatisation qui fuit - une fenêtre de la cuisine dont les vitres ne vont pas jusqu'en haut ( manque 5cm) - un pied de table branlant - un éclairage insuffisant dans la cuisine
