10.0Nossa experiência foi excelente! O hotel é impecável, com instalações muito bem cuidadas e um atendimento excepcional em todos os momentos. Gostaria de fazer um destaque especial para a massagem da Irina, que foi, sem dúvida, uma das melhores que já fiz.
− Como sugestão de melhoria, acredito que a comunicação entre a equipe do setor de reservas poderia ser um pouco mais alinhada, pois em alguns momentos tive a impressão de que as informações não eram compartilhadas entre todos, o que acabou gerando um pouco de confusão. Além disso, acho que o café da manhã poderia oferecer algumas opções preparadas na hora, como ovos, tapiocas e outros pratos quentes. Para um hotel desse nível, esse diferencial tornaria a experiência ainda mais completa.
