Location to activities, available bedrooms, storage options for bikes, size of property and privacy.

− Pre stay prep from cleaner I.e. take clean items out of dishwasher prior to visitors staying. Check and replace u/s items like light bulbs and fill respectable dish soap with solutions for duration of visitor stay. Suggest property owner check guttering above garage as water ingress was present during rain fall. This will cause long term damage to the property.

Great house, excellent location!

A great house! Had everything we needed, bedrooms and beds were comfy, kitchen well appointed, outside deck amazing, great location to Richmond.

− The only thing being an older house, toilet was in bathroom, not separate, if that doesn't bother you, (we coped with x4) it is a great house and place to stay.

Very comfortable, we only slept there and showered. Shower pressure was excellent. Close to Richmond mall. Walking distance.

− Beds comfortable. Nice towels, shampoo and soap provided.
