10.0The aprartment was modern, very clean, location was fantastic, communication with the owner excellent and the rooftop in particular was amazing, very large with superb views.
− There wasn't, between four of us, anything that we didn't like about the accomodation, it was brilliant.

Schönes Apartment in guter Lage mit Potenzial nach oben.
8.0Wir waren als Gruppe von zwei Paaren dort. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und jeweils separaten Bädern/WCs war für uns ideal und bietet ausreichend Privatsphäre. Küche und Wohnzimmer sind zweckmäßig und absolut okay. Die Lage ist unschlagbar, da das Apartment direkt an der Strandpromenade liegt. Ein echtes Highlight hätte die große Dachterrasse mit wunderschönem Meerblick sein können – leider war diese während unseres Aufenthalts aufgrund von Bauschutt nicht nutzbar, was sehr enttäuschend war.
− Wer das authentische Spanien sucht, sollte wissen, dass dieser Bereich extrem von niederländischen Gästen und entsprechendem Gastronomie-Angebot geprägt ist. Wer spanisches Flair und lokales Essen bevorzugt, muss ein Stück weiter ziehen. Insgesamt eine gute Unterkunft mit Potenzial, sobald die Terrasse sauber ist.

− The property owner was rude , unhelpful and would put me off booking an apartment again with Booking. Com. I didn’t know how to do bank transfer for security deposit. They sent me several nasty messages. Made me feel small and insecure. They left 3 middle aged ladies stranded and no one there to accept cash when offered. Stay well away . I have never left a bad review before and hope that I never have to again. There are plenty of lovely apartments in the surrounding area. I would pick any above this one
