3.0¿La ubicación y el apartamento que estaba bien equipado y las camadas eran cómodas menos un poco el sofá del salón
− El apartamento cuenta con una ubicación y unas vistas inmejorables, pero la experiencia se vio empañada por algunos detalles de gestión y falta de transparencia. Lo primero es que nos encontramos con un cargo de 35 USD diarios por 'Resort Fee' que no aparecía reflejado en el precio final de la reserva de Booking, lo cual resta claridad al coste real de la estancia. En cuanto a la llegada, intentamos contactar sobre las 15:00 para avisar de nuestra llegada anticipada. Al personarnos en la recepción a las 15:30, nos informaron de que la gestión era externa al hotel y que debíamos contactar con la agencia. A pesar de nuestros intentos, hubo una falta de coordinación importante: la persona que finalmente nos atendió inicialmente no tenía constancia de nuestra reserva, y no fue hasta las 16:00 exactas cuando se solucionó todo. Lamentablemente, esos 30 minutos de confusión e incertidumbre en la puerta hicieron que el coche superara el tiempo de cortesía, y el servicio de Valet terminó cobrándonos 45 USD. Teniendo en cuenta que ya se paga una tasa de check-in de 50 USD, que su falta de coordinación nos generase ese gasto extra en el parking me pareció casi un asalto a mano armada. Es un lugar magnífico, pero la atención al cliente tiene mucho margen de mejora.
