2.0Un techo donde dormir para pasar una noche
− La limpieza brilla por su ausencia, desde que entras no huele a limpio, manchas, cosas de otros inquilinos en la nevera, fregadero sucio... Lo comunicamos al propietario y se hizo cargo, pero solo mejoró el fregadero y algo por encima, seguía sin oler a limpio y por supuesto las manchas de todo tipo en sábanas y sillones. Muy disgustada por la experiencia. Tampoco destaca por la comodidad, siento que haya sido así

8.0Apartamento bien equipado ideal para familias. Buena relación calidad-precio. Buena opción para visitar Sevilla en otro plan (cerca hay parques, supermercados, centros de ocio...)
− Al llegar nos encontramos el apartamento un poco dejado de limpieza. No estaba sucio, sino con polvo. El propietario nos aseguro que era algo excepcional y por las valoraciones, seguro que es así, pero lo primero que tuvimos quw hacer fue barrer y frwgar el suelo. Luego hay algunas cosas un poco viejas y otras que necesitan algo de mantenimiento, pero el apartamento es funcional.
