The family was very attentive to my situation and it’s very nice and accommodating me.
6.0The owner where very informative and extremely nice and house was clean but unfortunately the house had rodents.when I brought it to attention of the owners they where attentive to the situation and tryed to accommodate me as best as they could.

− I booked this apartment believing it was a private space for one person with private access to a kitchen and bathroom, as stated in the listing. Upon arrival, I discovered that both the bathroom and kitchen are shared with three other adults who live permanently in the property. This crucial detail was never mentioned during the booking process. The bathroom was in terrible condition, with a nasty odor, and the cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. The kitchen was also shared and not in good condition for comfortable use (extremely old and dirty). Additionally, the apartment is located in one of the most unsafe neighborhoods in Boston, which added to the overall discomfort and stress. Despite informing the owner and the property being re-rented quickly, I have requested a refund for the unused nights and have been refused. I am sharing this because I don’t want others to fall into this trap like I did. I’ve already seen that others have had similar experiences. The photos in the listing are misleading and only show the entrance hallway, not the reality of the shared, cramped, and poorly maintained space.
