− No complaints other than we couldn't shut the bedroom door since bed frame stuck out to far. But it wasnt a big deal to us.

1.0− 1.Zwei Rauchmelder Geräte machten ohne Ursache immer wieder Alarm. 2. Am MORGEN des 2.Tages ist das WC überstömt. Alles lief über den Badezimmerfußboden. Wir waren definitiv nicht die Verursacher. Wir versuchten mit den beiden vorhandenen Geräten die Verstopfung zu lösen, es konnte aber nicht behoben werden. In der Nacht zum Sonntag ging um 03.00 Uhr wieder für eine lange Zeit der Feuermelder-Alarm. Wir wurden aus dem Tiefschlaf gerissen. Mit der Nachtruhe war es vorbei. Am 26.10. haben wir sofort um 8.00 Uhr den Kontakt in Kalifornien angerufen, der Mitarbeiter sagte, er würde sofort zurückrufen. Wir haben 3,5 Stunden gewartet, kein Rückruf kam. Es kam auch kein Handwerker. Wir konnten ja die Toilette und das Bad nicht benutzen. Dann haben wir den Mitarbeiter wieder angerufen, nach 11.30 Uhr. Die Toilette war nicht noch nicht verfügbar. Es würde noch bestimmt 4 Stunden dauern bis der Plummer kommen würde. Wir hatten auch den Tag vorher schonmal gefragt, ob wir in ein anderes Appartement könnten. Es wurde uns immer gesagt, dies sei nicht verfügbar. Alles sei vollgebucht. Dann haben wir dem Mitarbeitergesagt, das wir uns gezwungen sehen, das Appartement zu verlassen. Das Telefongespräch wurde von dem Mitarbeiter unterbrochen, vor allem, weil ich benannte, daß er den zugesagten Rückruf nicht getätigt hat. Vielleicht hat er deshalb das Gespräch beendet, weil es ja aufgezeichnet wird? Wir haben dann, wie dem Mitarbeiter benannt, das Apartement verlassen.

9.0The location is superb, within walking distance to town and the lake. While a bit dated, the unit was very clean and had most everything we needed for our stay.
− The couch bed was pretty uncomfortable and the couch itself could've used a cleaning.
