1.0− I booked a room through booking already, but when I arrived, the staff said there was no room, the reception desk only had 1 small bench, the staff did not invite guests to sit. While I was arguing with the staff, another guest arrived. , he booked a room through Agoda and was also informed by the staff that the room was full. This hotel is not honest with customers and partners

3.0− Our rooms were not ready when we arrived. The place is more a motel not a hotel. Had I known it also rents by the hour I wouldn’t have booked for my family to stay. There was no lift access only stairs and the rooms Patrons parked there motorbikes inside the property which the bedrooms were
