The size of the apartment was ok for two people.

− Not recommended We are pretty seasoned travelers, for the last 20 years we have traveled atleast three times a year, to Europe, the U.S. and/or South America. In all those trips we have very - very few times encountered such a problematic-inconvenient stay as we did here. The day we arrived (very tired, from three weeks in Europe) we found in the apartment four towels, two the size of a hand (for the face) and two slightly larger, hand size. No bathing towels. So I showered and dried with these tiny towels. That was a little awkward. But what’s worst is that the shower tub was clogged and the soapy water didn’t drain. So my feet were still dirty after showering. The toilet was also a problem. It clogged on the second day and on the third day. However, we fixed that. A little inconvenient and not what you would expect, but no big deal, right? But the toilet wasn’t working properly and would drain water to the floor. It flooded because the internal system of floats and levers was not working properly. That happened three times. The handyman came two times and supposedly fixed the problem, but it continued flooding. The last time the repair man couldn’t come that day (Saturday) or the next. Do we had a faulty drainy toilet for several days. We requested a mop to make it easier to pick up the water but it never came. I guess that made our stay somewhat problematic but what really really made the stay HORRIBLE was the next door neighbor. We couldn’t sleep. The lady would talk very loudly, maybe to herself, we really couldn’t tell. She might have been mentally disturbed, we don’t know. We literally were able to go to sleep on one day until 2 am, when these people “decided it was time for them to shut up and go to sleep”. The next day the noise went on until 3 am. And the third day until 4 am. It was unbelievable!! Of course we asked for assistance from the owner or property manager as well as from the front desk of the building (the administration).

Only the location. But there are much better other options.

− Our experience was extremely poor because he lied to us, and we had to escalate the issue through Booking to finally get what he had promised. We were shocked when maintenance staff unexpectedly knocked on our door around noon in the middle of our stay, saying they were there to replace the washing machine. We had not been informed about this, so I immediately contacted the owner. Surprisingly, he claimed he had sent a message that same day at 7:00 AM “notifying” us they would come, and that I was expected to let them in and wait while they completed their work. I told him we did not agree, as we were getting ready to go out for lunch (during our vacation!!!). After trying to pressure us several times, the owner offered us a half-day discount if we would allow the maintenance work. I agreed, but only on the condition that we receive the discount, since it meant sacrificing part of my vacation time and taking the risk of any issues that might arise (like a broken pipe). Once the maintenance staff left, the owner simply stopped answering our messages. We had to escalate everything to Booking again to get the refund he had promised. This is the kind of person you will be dealing with, so be prepared. In addition, the curtains were completely broken, so the room was bright at night from outside lights and again early in the morning. Although the location is good, there are better options out there. Not amazing at all.  I would not recommend this place at all. I hope this review helps someone in the future.
