The two double bedrooms were ok. Location was ok.

− We were a group of 4 guys who came to barcelona to experience the nightlife. The host of the apartment said to abide by strict rules no music or loud noise between 10am-8am. The neibours were a constant nightmare banging on the door wven thou we didnt play any music at all. Just talking had the neibours banging on the wall. The neibours then decided to retaliate by playing loud music 8am every morning for 2 hours, even thou we played no music at all. I told the host about the situation but they didnt seem to care. Also the 2 single bedrooms are too small and in a desperate situation for renovation. Water was getting blocked in one of the toilets. Dont be fooled by the pictures online.

A horrible, misleading experience that forced us to leave immediately and pay for a proper hotel

− This was honestly one of the worst and most horrible experiences I’ve ever had with a booking. The property looked nothing like the photos — it was completely run down and in unacceptable condition. The walls above the beds were dirty and stained, the curtains were yellow, and the master bedroom window was patched with foil tape. Door frames had panels missing and coming apart, furniture was dented, and the dining wall was covered in large scratch marks. It only got worse: mouldy skirting around the vanities, yellowed towel racks, visible mould in the kitchen tube, and a wardrobe that reeked of smoke when opened. Even the bedding was appalling — just a single sheet passed off as a blanket. On top of all that, the check-in time wasn’t until 5:00 PM, which is far later than normal and incredibly inconvenient after traveling. We told the property almost immediately that we were leaving due to the shocking state of the place, and instead of showing any care, they completely dismissed everything we said. The lack of concern or responsibility was unbelievable. This was a horrible experience — we felt deceived, unsafe, and extremely uncomfortable, and had to leave straight away and spend more money on a hotel just to feel secure. Booking.com should not even allow this listing.

It is great has everything you need for you stay, property was very clean and as described, the host was professional and friendly and very responsive to any questions we had. It is spacious and reasonably priced. Digital keys are provided so all guests can enter whenever they want. Great apartment
