− L'appartamento si trova al 5° piano e l'ascensore era fuori servizio per tutto il soggiorno. Questo ha significato dover affrontare cinque piani di scale più volte al giorno, con bagagli e dopo lunghe giornate trascorse a visitare la città. L'aspetto più deludente è che questa informazione ci è stata comunicata solo dopo la scadenza del periodo di cancellazione gratuita, quando non avevamo più la possibilità di scegliere una sistemazione alternativa senza costi. Inoltre, parlando con alcuni residenti del palazzo, abbiamo appreso che l'ascensore risultava fermo da circa un mese e mezzo, quindi non sembrava trattarsi di un guasto improvviso. Abbiamo inoltre trovato il divano letto non preparato, nonostante ci fosse stato assicurato che sarebbe stato pronto al nostro arrivo. Come ulteriore segnale di scarsa attenzione, la lavatrice conteneva ancora biancheria da letto presumibilmente lasciata dagli ospiti precedenti. La comunicazione con l'host è sempre stata cortese, ma riteniamo che la gestione della situazione e la trasparenza delle informazioni avrebbero potuto essere decisamente migliori.

10.0It was really comfortable for 3. Very well located, walking distance from plenty of sightseeing spots, bus stops and underground. The area is quiet but very close to local shops and restaurants. The building is a bit old but the apartment is very nice, it was clean and had everything we needed for a week long stay Would go back.

10.0La posizione è perfetta per girare Londra a piedi: si trova a pochi passi dal Big Ben e a 10 minuti a piedi da Victoria station. L’appartamento ha tutto quello che serve per cucinare e per rilassarsi dopo una giornata piena vissuta in città.
