Good apartment closed to Gondola
8.0Cozy, big and nice apartment next to Gondola. Practically there are 5 min walking with skies and boots to the Gondola. The apartment is fully equipped and also you can find useful leftovers from previous tenants. The terrace is big. The apartment is spacious and warm. And there is an useful parking place.
− The staff is quite inexistent. We asked for a baby cot and after initial aceptance, they return to us with a refusal. Also, we asked some items to be fixed that were damaged at our arrival and nothing happened. We found dirty dishes in the washing machine and dirt on the carpets. Regarding the drainage in the shower you need a lot of patience.
Smells badly, but good location and otherwise ok.
3.0Location was decent. The Kitchen/lounge area looks nice enough.
− The place stunk of sewage. Some days the smell was less. The smell was coming from the drain in the bathroom but would fill the flat sometimes. The shower couldnt be used for more than a couple of minutes without flooding.
