Los Cristianos - breathtaking view, AC, heated pool, fibre net♡

The whole apartment was immaculate, tastefully decorated with a new kitchen including dish washer. The balcony views were stunning and definitely breathtaking. Looking over Los Cristianos and the harbour. Quiet area and lovely quiet pool area with heated pool. Superb communication with manager of the apartment Matt. We loved it so much we have booked again before we even left.

− It is a very very steep hill to climb. However it is worth it for the views. We just got a taxi which cost us €5 with tip.

Excellent stay in a good neighbourhood

Lovely property; quiet neighbourhood in a cul-de-sac; quiet neighbours although it could easily be a luck of the draw (seen similar buildings in adjacent streets had people playing loud music in the balcony at 11.30pm). The room was comfortable, spacious for 2 people, plenty of cupboards, spacious balcony, great view, the bathroom was good with a functioning washing machine. No concerns with safety in the building, no concerns with safety near the location (there's a guard all night in an adjacent building) and I think I saw a security guard for the building the property is in too. Didn't use the pool, so no comment on that. Free parking right outside the building (availability is a different topic though-see below) and free parking pretty much everywhere in the island if you can find a spot. As a driver from the UK, I really appreciated how deep and wide the parking spots are; I didn't have to reposition my car much to fit within the lines (the little things!).

− Not a major issue, but the flat is in the 2nd floor, 2 sets of stairs of about 10-12 steps in each of them. We went during the off peak season. And yet, parking is the major thing to keep in mind; nothing specific about the flat but more an issue with the whole of south Tenerife. As you'd expect, parking would be freely available outside the building between 9am-7pm ish when most people would be out and about. If you were coming back from dinner any time between 8pm-11pm, you're unlikely to find a parking spot. You'd have to drive few mins further down (hill) to find one, and it'll be a 5-10 min walk back uphill. Not the worst, and not the fault of the property. Nothing else - worth the money.

Communication with the owner was great. The apartment was very comfortable, had everything we needed and did indeed have a breathtaking view, that we would frequently stare at. The general area of Los Cristianos where the apartment is located (despite being very high up) in our opinion was the best we could hope for. It was a great stay.

− Something to consider: if you plan to walk a lot like we did, be mindful that coming back to the apartment will require a little climb every time (it's located in one of the highest points of Los Cristianos).

Would recommend for those who wants peace and quiet .

Welcome bottle of wine made my day. We’ve arrived during the night on my birthday, so to find a bottle of wine in The fridge was really awesome! Very quiet area. No noise during the night.
