6.0Die Ausstattung und die Ruhe
− Es gibt keine Möglichkeit im warmen ein Frühstück einzunehmen. In diesem Preissegment gezwungen zu sein, das Frühstück woanders einzunehmen, ist nicht akzeptabel, zumal ja die Räumlichkeiten gegeben sind, und einfach das Service Konzept überhaupt nicht stimmt. Das Schwimmbad ist viel zu kalt. Im Dunkeln konnte man bei der Anreise überhaupt nicht erkennen, in welches Haus man muss, auch wenn man den Lageplan hat, ist das wirklich schwer zu sehen. Die Hausnummern müssen vorne an die Straße angebracht werden. Die Fußwege sind schlecht, die Umleitung zur Anlage ist eine Zumutung mit einem teuren Auto.

9.0Empfang an der Rezeption top - freundlich und schnell haben wir eingecheckt und die wichtigsten Daten bekommen. In dem Haus selber war sehr viel vorhanden, was ich so nicht erwartet hatte. Begüßungsgetränk, ein Päckchen Kaffe, Holzscheite, Anzündholz mit Anzünder, ausreichend Müllbeutel und Toilettenpapier, Spülertabs, Saunaufguss usw. Bestimmt habe ich die Hälfte vergessen ;-) So umfassend gut vorbereitet hatten wir bisher noch nie eine Ferienwohnung oder -haus.
− Die Matratzen hatten in der Mitte schon eine sehr tiefe Kuhle. Es fehlte ein Ascheeimer.
Wir hatten einen wundervollen Familienurlaub mit bestem Ostseewetter.
10.0Die Reetdachvilla ist richtig schön und gemütlich eingerichtet und es war alles da, was man für den tägliche Bedarf benötigt. Wir haben alle richtiggehend großartig in den Betten geschlafen. Auch die Anlage mit dem tollen neuen Spielplatz war für die Kids großartig.
