Clean and good location

− Kitchen was not well supplied for those of us who cook! Needed more pots and pans, glasses, salad bowls, pasta making pot, serving dishes, plates, etc!!

This condo is perfect for two couples – clean, nice sized bedrooms, good kitchen, comfy sectional in the small living area. Having remodeled many houses, I recognize a recent quick and cheap remodel job every time I encounter one. I am certain that explains the spartan décor and the fact that the mattress in our bedroom was upside down. The latter resulted in my husband and I having to get out of bed, strip the linens and flip the mattress (which is simply a box spring with attached foam topper.)

− Mea culpa for not noticing the fine print under the $99 price tag. Also, it was my fault for not reading my receipt for the condo immediately. I would have discovered that the cost was actually $285.11 when fees and taxes are included. The additional fees being in pale fine-print in the listing seems a bit predatory, but buyer beware, I guess. The $150 cleaning fee was obviously a large chunk of the $285.11 and sales tax applies to that fee. So, this place is not a great deal if you only plan to stay one night. I found it slightly galling that with a $150 cleaning fee, we were expected to strip the beds and start a load of towels in the washer.
