10.0Вежливая хозяйка, шикарный ЖК, сзади Большая Алматинка и рядом Парк Сайран. В квартире уютно, красиво , удобные кровати, шкафы очень вместительные. Все супер, эта квартира куда хочется вернутся снова и жить!

性价比超高的公寓，又大又新又干净！
10.0房子很大很新，非常干净，床也很舒服。所在的小区非常安全，楼下就有儿童娱乐设施，如果带低龄孩子简直不要太方便。房东夫妻俩人都超级好，会在房间等待办理入住，可以存行李。附近有1个24小时便利店，2家大型超市，走路去地铁15分钟左右。总之没有任何不满意的地方，性价比很高，超级推荐！

− 唯一的不满意就是我订不到房，中间被迫搬出去住了几天，后面有房了赶紧又搬回来了

− Не хватило крючков для полотенец и вешалок. А еще кондиционер был только в гостиной - было жарко ночью
