SCHLIMMSTE UNTERKUNFT! Nicht zu empfelen!

− Wir waren von unserem Aufenthalt leider sehr enttäuscht. Sehr kleine Unterkunft und sieht nicht aus wie auf den Bildern. 1. KEINE FERIENWOHNUNG: Wir hatten zwei Ferienwohnungen für insgesamt zehn Personen gebucht. Stattdessen bekamen wir lediglich zwei Zimmer mit jeweils fünf Betten, die sehr eng nebeneinander standen. Das entsprach in keiner Weise der Beschreibung oder unseren Erwartungen an eine Ferienwohnung. Es gab kaum Platz, um sich zu bewegen oder das Gepäck unterzubringen. Als wir dies reklamierten, wurde uns lediglich gesagt, wir hätten “zu viel Gepäck”. Dabei hatte jede Person lediglich einen großen und einen kleinen Koffer dabei – was bei einer Reise völlig normal ist. Statt auf unser Anliegen einzugehen, fühlten wir uns mit unserer berechtigten Beschwerde nicht ernst genommen. 2. JEDE ROLLE TOILETTENPAPIER AUF ANFRAGE: Wir mussten jedes Mal anrufen oder nachfragen, sobald eine Rolle Toilettenpapier aufgebraucht war. Es wurde nicht automatisch nachgefüllt, sowohl wurde verweigert 2 Rollen gleichzeitig zu geben. 3. LANGSAMER AUFZUG: Der Lift war extrem langsam, sodass man häufig lange warten musste. 4. PROSTITUTION: Sowohl im selben Gebäude als auch im Nachbargebäude war offensichtlich Prostitution präsent. Dadurch haben wir uns als Gäste nicht wohlgefühlt und die Atmosphäre war alles andere als familienfreundlich. Insgesamt entsprach der Aufenthalt weder der Beschreibung noch unseren Erwartungen. Aus diesen Gründen können wir dieses Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen

Good location with laundry for a family stay.
10.0The location was great - up the road from Fort Canning and Clarke Quay, so MRT access, and bus stops right outside the building. It's walkable albeit 15-20 min walk to Orchard Rd, or Zion Food Centre. Enough space for our family. The laundry machine in the room was great too.
− There's no TV service (could not tune in the World cup) - not a big deal. There were neighbors making noise after midnight and and sometimes early in the morning.
