Cabin experience wasn’t the greatest

Cabin had a smell, the rugs in living room and upstairs bedroom were filthy. Along with the couch in living room and pillows. Upstairs sheets didn’t look like they had been washed they had stains all over them. Air conditioner did not work well, you could not turn it down below 70 degrees. Upstairs bedroom stayed so hot we had to go out and purchase fans to keep cool. Still was uncomfortably hot. WiFi did not let you connect over 3 devices at a time. And we didn’t have cell service so most of us didn’t have WiFi all weekend which was inconvenient. The cabin was roomy, and close to the parkway which was nice. They left 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom which we also had to go out and purchase more. Along with laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent. Again for the price we paid for this cabin I think they should really fix these issues for future guests. Also the pool is a lot smaller in person and it is a shared pool with other cabins.

Cozy home and a great price.

It was in gated community. Hot tub was nice. View was nice. Good sunset.

Our trip was perfect and we enjoyed EVERYTHING!

Property was well taken care of and had everything we needed for our 1st trip to pigeon Forge. Plenty of space, full kitchen, multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, hot tub, sauna, balconies with nice morning view. Couldn’t really ask for much more. It was the perfect place to spend our 25th anniversary
