Freezing / Dirty!
1.0The grounds were lovely.
− We had no heating or hot water for the 1st night, February- it was freezing. The owner advised that the gas bottle had been forgotten and will be done on Wednesday. It was around 10am that we finally had heating and hot water. The owner did not refund us for our first night. They tried offering discount on other accommodation, this is not acceptable. The property is dirty and not well maintained. Beds were extremely uncomfortable and we did not enjoy our 2 night stay.

10.0I liked everything accept weather which no one could control lovely stay we even got welcome wine and bears also some sweets verry good size lodge I would highly recommend booking these place .

− Very unclean lodge!!!! I bought meat for a barbecue for about 100f and only when I got there the owner informed me that the barbecue was not working!!!!! The set of chairs outside was broken, dirty and full of spiders!!!! Outside the lodge is neglected, full of cobwebs and dirty!!!

− There was food and rubbish which hadn't been cleaned in the bedrooms and the BBQ was rusty and still full of a disposable BBQ from whoever used it before us, which means it wasn't cleaned and was just completely unusable, also the gas bottle that's next to it to indicate that it is for the gas BBQ, doesn't have the correct regulator, so why was this pictured and listed as a usable facility? TVs were out dated
