Great location, nice and quiet and great responsiveness from management.
6.0Loved the location. It was close in but not too close. Great views from the balcony. Chris was very helpful and communicated well. Appreciated being able to reach out via text and get a response. Bed was comfortable and everything looked good. It was a television heaven, with 2 screens and cable and loads of instructions on how to use it all. Fireplace was super cozy and warmed up the room nicely. The unit was not shaky even though on stilts and you felt like you were in the forest almost alone.
− The love seat needed to be replaced. Very uncomfortable. It has seen better days. The back door stuck to the point that my husband was afraid he wouldn’t be able to get back in. There were loads of stairs…but you say that is what a treehouse is! True… but I would have liked a warning that there were LOADS of stairs (33). The shower was a bit tricky too…maybe the shower head could be switched out. If you weren’t careful water would splash out onto the floor. I guess the expectation was that you’d use the jacuzzi tub mostly. There were other little things… cutlery was in a single container, chipped cup, etc. Overall an ok place. Hate to air my dislikes at all because with a little bit of updating it would be great.
