Good amenities, clean comfortable accommodation.
− A couple of issues relating to broken power point, very bad smell from refrigerator. Have reported it to agent for attention of property manager.

Clean and comfortable self contained accomodation in a quiet spot.

Accomodation was clean and comfortable. Fully self contained with private access and parking. Free wifi was a bonus and helped to keep kids entertained during poor weather when card games and board games were no longer interesting.
− No access to smart tv for streaming services. Basic digital channel access only. Sharp knives were located in lower kitchen drawers which meant easy access and a safety hazard for visiting grandchildren who were staying in another unit at same location.

The room was as described
− The check in process was deplorable from booking to arrival it was a complete stuff up. The room wasn't ready when we arrived at 3pm on a Sunday afternoon and after many phone calls and waiting around a cleaner finally arrived and we settled in around 5pm after travelling over 8 hours to get there!! When they quote you $100 an hour if you want an early check-in and not get a discount when it works the other way yeah not good. Then the next day the smoke alarm went off for no reason and wouldn't stop.. well we were done.. The single beds were the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on and had bedbugs!! But we did get an upgrade finally
