Breakfast was yummy and ingredients good quality. Location was perfect for ferry and shops. Well run, friendly, nothing-too-much-trouble establishment. Able to drop off luggage early. Lovely, genuine hosts. Wouldn’t hesitate a second to recommend or to return as with the outdoor patio, this hotel is a gem and in the centre of all the activities. Perfect!

Came to isle of wight for Saturday park run and this b&b was in the perfect location Good size room, lovely outside space, nice touch Comfortable bed, slept really well, we stayed 2 nights. Good size bathroom with decent size towels, good hot shower which was lovely, loved the rosemary shampoo and conditioner Tea making facilities in the room was really nice, liked the biscuits Location great, near the shops and the beach, well within reach of everything we wanted Breakfast was lovely, really tasty and filling, really enjoyed it, everyone was friendly and polite, great selection

− Nothing really, slept well, great breakfast, area nice and quiet Maybe a bit better curtains as let in lots of light early, We will definitely be back

The outside area was a very nice facility, the staff were very nice and the breakfast was great For the price we were comfortable and the shower and extra's were appreciated.

− light bulb in the bathroom not working Generally dusty Bedside light not working No glasses in bathroom Kettle leaks 2 key boxes at front entrance with no4 on Main front of property untidy - not inviting to find someone half dressed - smoking - sitting on front steps No parking

The room is advertised as a compact double which it is . Very comfortable bed , good shower and very helpful owners. Breakfast was really good. Would stay here again
