Atenção do proprietário, localização, bairro tranquilo, mercadinho bem próximo que tem pão e tudo o que precisamos, percepção de segurança no bairro.

− Não que seja culpa do proprietário do Apto, mas o meu acesso ao prédio ficava caindo direto, mas o proprietário prontamente sempre estava disposto a ajudar.
