1. Апартаменты хорошо обставлены, хозяин постарался создать уют. 2. Есть снеки с подписанными ценами, очень приятно. 3. Интернет в целом хороший, обрывы редки 4. Горячая вода есть, неплохое давление воды для 16 этажа 5. Есть милый балкончик. 6. Удобный доступ в апартаменты 7. Есть холодильник 8. Тихий район, рядом есть продуктовый магазинчик и пара мест, где можно поесть

− 1. Тараканы. Они вылезли вечером, когда мы уже разместились. Если бы увидели их раньше - не стали селиться. Убил 18 штук за две бессонные ночи. 2. Мелкие муравьи повсюду, включая постель. 3. Увидели на фото стиральную машинку, но она оказалась не для гостей. Если решится проблема с насекомыми - то вполне хорошее жилье в тишине и вдали от активностей.
