9.0− A limpeza diária do quarto foi o que menos correspondeu às minhas expetativas. O facto de uma peça de roupa caída no chão ter permanecido no mesmo local após a limpeza, leva-me a questionar se a limpeza do quarto foi efetuada com cuidado e profissionalismo. Ao longo da estadia durante 7 noites aconteceu algumas vezes. No entanto, não é este pormenor que afeta a boa impressão geral do hotel. Muito bom!

4.0− Que siendo verano y el hotel lleno no ay opción de utilizar la piscina cubierta. El personal del comedor no me gustó y para ser un hotel ****superior la comida deja mucho que desear. Gracias
