It’s a beautiful house. We didn’t want to leave.

− It was extremely hot inside. There was a heatwave when we stayed so not the vendors fault but some fans supplied would be good.

The property was spacious and modern. The games room area was really nice and had it's own shower facility. The hosts were friendly and answered questions we had promptly. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a central Bournemouth location.

We had such a lovely stay here for a low-key girls’ weekend away. From the moment we arrived, the house had such a warm and homely feel — the lamps were already on which made it feel really welcoming straight away. Everything was spotless, tidy, beautifully presented and very well equipped. There were 6 of us staying and the layout worked perfectly. The attention to detail was amazing — even the toilet rolls had bows on them and the blankets and towels were folded beautifully into bows too, which made it feel really special. The downstairs space was ideal for socialising, with a dining room, open-plan kitchen and living area, plus a large island breakfast bar with stools. The smart TV was great and the kitchen had everything we needed including cutlery, plates, pots and pans, tea, coffee sachets, sugar, milk, washing-up liquid, soap and sponges. The American-style fridge/freezer was brilliant for a group stay. There was also a downstairs toilet and sink with a washing machine nearby, plus plenty of mirrors and even a hairdryer which was really handy when all of us were getting ready. The garden area was such a bonus too — seating outside, a little slide, football goal and an outbuilding games room with a pool table. We were so surprised to find another toilet and a lovely shower in there as well! Upstairs on the first floor there was a bathroom with both a bath and shower, with towels and toilet roll provided. There was a twin room and another double bedroom on this floor. On the top floor was a beautiful double bedroom and although it got quite warm up there, a tower fan had been provided which worked perfectly. The WiFi worked really well, the heating was great and the instructions for the lockbox and check-in were very clear and easy to follow. The location was perfect too — there’s a shop right at the end of the road and the beach is around a 15–20 minute walk away. Parking would suit two very small cars or one normal-sized car.

− Would have been convenient if there was a dishwasher but it wasn’t a problem to wash up. We couldn’t find cushions for the outdoor seating area but there was other places to sit :)
