El departamento en pleno centro. Cerca de la plaza, casa de gobierno, plazas..
− No funcionaba el calefón, y debimos bañarnos con agua fria. El depto lindo, pero faltaba algo de mantenimiento. Lo mas preocupante fue que el ascensor no funcionaba , o funcionaba mal, y debimos bajar y subir al piso 12. Había que ir revisando cada piso para ver donde quedó parado el ascensor. Eso realmente fue fastidio. Catamarca, con hermosos paisajes. Pusimos toda la onda para pasarla bien igual. Pero deberían hacer alguna inversión para alquilar el depto sin riesgos.
