5.0Me gustó la ubicación, estaba a 1km aprox de la playa y lejos del ruido nocturno. La habitación era de un tamaño adecuado y además tenía balcón. Me gustó que hacían la limpieza a diario de la habitación.
− No me gustó la cama, súper dura, amanecía todos los días con dolor de espalda. El aire acondicionado terrible, hacía mucho ruido, y cada tanto tiempo hacía un chillido aún más molestoso. Las primeras 3 noches me costaba mucho dormir, después ya me acostumbre al ruido. Tampoco me gustó que la ducha no tuviese separación con el baño, después de ducharme quedaba todo el piso mojado del baño. Por último alguna separación para que el agua no se fuese hacia el otro lado.

10.0Nous avons séjourné une semaine en mars dans cet hôtel et nous en gardons un excellent souvenir. L’établissement est très propre, bien entretenu et particulièrement agréable. Le personnel est vraiment au top : toujours serviable, attentionné et professionnel. Un grand merci tout particulier à SUWIT, qui a été exceptionnel tout au long de notre séjour — toujours souriant, à l’écoute et d’une grande gentillesse. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions comme les bouteilles d’eau mises à disposition chaque jour, ce qui est très appréciable. Enfin, l’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal dans la ville de Kata, permettant de profiter pleinement des environs. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation et y reviendrons avec plaisir !
