All necessary information was sent in a timely manner. Mr. Lee was very accommodating in answering questions. We had a reservation for another day in one of their properties but on a different building since we couldn't extend our stay (in our first reservation), but they arranged it so we wouldn't have to transfer in between stays, which we really appreciated. The ref works really well, we only need to refrigerate something for a short time and it's already cold, which was a plus since the weather was very hot during our stay. The area was quiet too.

− Wish there was water heater for the shower, though.

I like that the owner is very responsive. It was late night when I booked the unit due to typhoon and the owner managed to find me a parking space for my car. The room was clean and comfortable. I had to extend my stay for extra 3 days due to typhoon and did not have any issues.

− I recommend to have a microwaveable plates to reheating the food.
