Good location, nice apartment. Beds could do with new mattresses.
7.0The location was perfect for our trip. We were back and forth to a gymnastics competition which was 10 mins away. The flat was well presented with everything we needed. Easy entry and parking right outside.
− The flat had a bad smell on entry and the beds weren’t very comfy. Also the main shower doesn’t work. Neighbours were very noisy on the first night until after midnight. Car parking space very narrow with cars always encroaching on it.
I would never book this place again . Very dirty , worst people I have ever had to work with . Very rude and not willing
1.0Property own was very rude , unwilling to work with us on anything. Had a bad attitude.
− Owner was rude , didn’t want to fix anything . Wouldn’t answer his phone when I called . Had to call 3+ times and still he didn’t want to do anything . False advertising for this place . Absolutely trash .

9.0Lovely spacious apartment the patio door didn't lock and there was a crack in the en suite sink but I brought this too their attention and they said they would let their maintenance team know. They probably didn't know anything about it. They responded quickly to emails
We wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
3.0Initially, the apartment appeared nice Well equipped kitchen Settee was OK Clean bedrooms and bathrooms .
− There were no towels supplied, got in a communication with the letting company who advised us there was nothing they could do as it was Sunday ,assured us the towels would be delivered on the Monday ,but none arrived ,by now we had been and bought some and the letting company said they would reimburse us /still waiting, and now the company are refusing to answer any of my messages . Also, we had other issues No welcome pack Faulty toaster Uncomfortable beds Substandard pillows No bins in either bathroom Nowhere to put anything in the main bathroom Bath plug doesn't fit Attention to detail was lacking We passed all these concerns on to the letting company who said thanks and they would address all these issues so Good luck
