10.0Clean , neat, comfortable, I felt if we needed to contact anyone it would not have been a problem. Unfortunately because ice storm was coming we checked out a day early. Our family lives in North Port and we usually stay in traverse City but found this gem at Christmas time! Would love to stay again this spring

8.0The location was perfect. The room was very tastefully decorated and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Nice add on of coffee in the room.
− There was a significant amount of noise transfer through the walls and was unable to turn down the volume on the TV, I kept trying but it remained the same.

10.0First trip to Northport we was very pleased with this boutique hotel stay, definitely would stay again when in the area
Good but not perfect.
8.0− No grab rails in the bathtub. Mt husband slipped getting in the shower, ended up in the hospital with a huge hematoma on my leg.
