Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, duża przestrzeń, czystośc, wyposażenie, dobry kontakt z wynajmującym.

− To co się pojawia wielu innych opiniach czyli sluchawka prysznicowa w górnej łazience i zapach w dolnej łazience, oraz kuchni/pod zlewem.

Heerlijke locatie in het centrum van Espot. Het is een charmant appartement dat voldoende ruim is voor ons gezin van 4.

− Geur in de kleine badkamer Douche in de badkamer werkt niet goed (weinig straal, geen mengkraan)

− This was honestly one of the worst accommodations we have ever booked on Booking.com. When we arrived at the official check-in time, the apartment was not ready. The cleaner had only just been informed of our arrival and rushed through a very superficial cleaning. The problems then continued throughout the stay: • Hot water ran out during our son’s shower, leaving him covered in shampoo and forced to finish with cold water. The issue was only addressed after several days. • Bathroom in unacceptable condition (peeling paint in the bathtub, dirty grout, weak water pressure). • Bed sheets extremely worn, rough and uncomfortable. • Several lights not working in the bedrooms. • Kitchen poorly cleaned, greasy dishes and cookware that had to be washed again before use. • Strong unpleasant smells from the sink and downstairs bathroom, likely due to poor maintenance and water damage visible behind the kitchen wall. What was even more disappointing was the attitude of the property management, who repeatedly dismissed our concerns by saying “this is not a hotel, it’s an apartment.” The apartment does not match the photos or the rating displayed online. We were very surprised to see such a high score given the condition of the property. We travel frequently and both have high Genius status, but this was by far one of our worst experiences on Booking.com.
