− Just there is no elevator in the bulding . The flat it’s in first floor but if you have many lugges you will have some problems.

− Dejaron bolsas de toallas sucias en los armarios, vergonzoso. El suelo estaba lleno de pelusas que se acumulaban debajo de los muebles. No hay ascensor. No queda bien reflejado en el anuncio, así que estaría bien destacarlo por si alguien con movilidad reducida quisiera reservar. Por último y más importante, tras pedir una factura al finalizar una estancia como siempre hago, me contestan que no las emiten ya que no es parte de sus obligaciones. Cuando les contesto que es una obligación por parte del prestador de servicios enviar al cliente una factura si este lo desea, me contestan que lo comentarían con su gestor ya que él es quien haría la factura. Hace dos semanas de mi estancia y aún no he recibido la factura (que normalmente se hace en menos de un minuto). Supongo que siguen comentándolo con el gestor…

− Letto troppo piccolo, un bagno aveva la doccia rotta per cui è stato difficile lavarsi perché usciva tutta l’acqua visto che non aveva la porta

2.0Belle esthétique et relativement bien situé
− IMMEUBLE EN TRAVAUX !!! Nous avons été réveillés le samedi matin par des bruits de perceuse, de marteau et marteaux piqueurs. Nous n’avions pas été prévenu et impossible de dormir (bruits jusqu’à 13h). Le personnel n’est pas sur place et malgré l’avoir prévenu il n’a pas agit (mail et vidéos à l’appui). Ça vaut bien le coup d’envoyer de nombreux mails pour insister sur la nécessité de ne pas faire de bruit et qu’il y a des capteurs ! Enfin, la procédure pour accéder à l’appartement nécessite d’installer une application… on ne voit jamais personne… tout ça pour 1200€ les 2 nuits, nous aurions mieux fait d’aller à l’hôtel !
