− the pool on the ground floor was full of mozzies and cane toads,the spa on our verandah is unusable and not working properly ,tiles are missing throughout the pool

the property was excellent for our needs, all on one level and easy access to the marina and facilities
− Pool was not in good condition, tiles falling off and needed replacing we only had one door key for all guests, we managed but would of been easier to have a useful pool and extra key cot was not set up, no linen either

Beautiful but over-rated

Location was wonderful as was the spaciousness of the apartment, however…
− Despite what was advertised; - air conditioning did not work when we arrived (two technicians showed up and hour later and fixed) - no wi-fi - no Netflix, foxtel or other such service - a number of furniture items were nearing end of life (two separate lounge units, coffee table, etc.) - part of the over facade was stuck down with blue tac - a puncture repair on the buggy was poorly done (protruding the tyre tread) - and so on… …all of which led us to wonder how much would be blamed on us in departure. We took photos as insurance, but for over $1,000 per night was simply not worth it.

The location was great Rooms were spacious, view was spectacular
− The property wasn’t very clean and the 4 bedroom really wasn’t a bedroom it had no windows and was very tiny. The water pressure was terrible and it took so long to heat up, said it had a plunge pool but really it was a spa that wasn’t heated. The BBQ took a very-long time to heat and took too long to cook food. Probably wouldn’t stay there again
