10.0Очень удобное расположение. Любимые горы и море рядом . Немного шум от дороги, но только при открытой двери на балкон. Магазины, кафешки, пляж все в шаговой доступности.
− Слив в душевой забит, постоянно набиралась вода. Заедал набор воды в унитазе, приходилось частенько поправлять… В остальном все отлично!
