Tilava ja hyvä pohjaratkaisu perheelle.

− Ulkona sattui olemaan työmaa koko viikon ja ikkunoiden alla kaivettiin kaivinkoneella.

We had an early flight and arrived very early, and they agreed to let us check in early. Because our flight was in the evening, they also let us check out in the afternoon. My friends were all very happy... We all felt like we were coming home, it was wonderful.

Het appartement is ruim, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De inrichting is wat gedateerd, maar functioneel, dus prima. De ligging is erg goed, direct naast de pistes en het centrum van Levi.

− Er is geen goede verduisterende raambekleding, alleen luxaflex, waar veel licht doorheen komt. Het is niet mogelijk de temperatuur in het appartement zelf te regelen (wij vonden het te koud binnen). Wij hadden het appartement geboekt voor vier personen en bewust gekozen voor een appartement met drie slaapkamers zodat onze kinderen apart konden slapen. Bij aankomst bleek echter dat één slaapkamer niet in gebruik was (bedden niet opgemaakt). We hebben hier direct contact over opgenomen met de eigenaar, die dit alleen wilde oplossen tegen een aanvullende betaling van € 50. Wat ons betreft niet erg klantvriendelijk of servicegericht, ook gezien de prijs die wij reeds betaald hadden voor dit DRIE-slaapkamer-appartement.
