7.0− falta um ar condicionado na sala de 18 mil btu, muito calos na sala. a churrasqueira a gás não liberava gás, emperrado o botão não podemos assar a carne. no mais as comodidade é boa.

− Poderiam ter avisado que as chaves eram com chip. Aconteceu o mesmo com outra família que, estavam sem saber como abrir a porta.
