Zur Wohnung gehört ein Parkplatz. Die Wohnung hat 4 Balkone, 2 kleine und 2 gegenüberliegende größere, die man gut nutzen kann. Zum Zentrum braucht man zu Fuß ca. 18 Minunten.
− Die Backröhre des Gasherds hat Themperaturangaben die nicht korrekt sind. Die effektive Themperatur ist höher als nach der eingestellten Skala.
