The house looked like it had been renovated recently. It was very clean.

− The stairs are incredibly steep and the single bed was downstairs and was broken

We recently stayed here . Lovely and clean and beautifully set out . Great location and pretty central to everything . Free parking is great and an added bonus . Contact with the property was easy and with quick replies . Would definitely stay here again

not safe for my family especially having a special need son

− It looked fancy and good the pics online but not standard I must say. very steepy stairs. Heating is controlled by the owner. Wardrobes was too dusty I didn’t wanna hang our clothes much better being kept in the suitcase.

We have just returned from 2 nights stay as a group of friends on a trip to Alton Towers. Lovely tidy house with all necessary amenities. 1 double bed and 3 single beds spread over 3 rooms so perfect for what we needed. Gavin, the hosts communication via booking.com was absolutely spot on, never waited more than 30 minutes for a reply at any point when asking questions about the property before, during or after the stay! Clear and concise instructions sent on time before check in on the day of arrival. Brilliant, comfortable place to stay which immediately felt like a home from home. Will absolutely look to use this property again rather than a hotel on future trips!

− Absolutely nothing about this property is negative. Only mild disturbance was a couple of loud cars outside but this was absolutely minimal and wasnt at any stupid times like at the middle of the night and obviously not within our hosts control .
