Ideal location, friendly staff.
9.0The location was ideal!! Within walking distance to all major sites to see in Rome. The location was ideal for everything we wanted to do and see. If we wanted to go further, there is a bus stop close by to use as well. The hotel and staff were very nice and professional. The staff was very helpful when any issues arose. The room was cozy and just enough space for 2 adults. If you go with an open mind and understand you're on a vacation to see the city and the sites, this hotel will exceed your expectations and needs. It was nice to have a close place to come back to and cool off during the hot summer heat of the mid-day. We had breakfast one of the mornings and it was a good Italian style breakfast. I can appreciate the fact the hotel tries to be energy saver and help out where it can. I can not stress enough that this hotel is located in the ideal area of the city. We walked and walked all over this area and it was nice to have the hotel centrally located so we can bring our stuff back to the hotel and leave it and cool off as needed. The restaurants and public spaces in the area are all nice and well worth checking out. Very clean and tidy room. We felt safe while we were there the entire stay.
− The hotel is located in a busy city, so there is noise from outside that is noticable. This can be overcome with a white noise machine or ear plugs. I would say the noise inside the hotel isn't anything to be concerned with.

− We were given a room on the third floor the hotel has no elevator. We had to carry our luggages three floors. Not funny
