5.0− La colazione, inclusa, alla domenica nn ha convenzioni con bar. Basterebbero 2 cialde in più e due brioches confezionate a fare bella figura. Il rispetto del cliente è fondamentale in questo lavoro, ricordatelo!

4.0La posizione è buona per visitare Sassuolo Situato in un condominio tranquillo in una zona tranquilla della città
− Le chiavi vanno ritirate in un altro appartamento poco lontano. Abbiamo richiesto la stanza con terrazza, ci è stata data un'altra stanza, ho chiesto di avere la stanza prenotata ma mi è stato detto che non era libera, mi è stato proposto di cambiarla con un'altra con un terrazzino ridotto, avrei dovuto andare a prendere le chiavi, provvedere allo spostamento degli asciugamani tra le due stanze perché l'altra era pronta per 1 persona (abbiamo prenotato per due) e riportare le chiavi nell'altro appartamento, abbiamo deciso di rinunciare al terrazzino. La stanza assegnata ha una grande portafinestra che da sull'entrata del condominio quindi se lasciate aperti i balconi la privacy è impossibile. La pulizia della stanza lasciava a desiderare, ragnatele sul soffitto, le prese elettriche si staccano dal muro, il frigorifero è rumoroso. Il wifi che doveva essere compreso nell'alloggio non funziona, segnalato al proprietario senza risoluzione del problema. Non abbiamo avuto nessun contatto con l'host se non via whatsapp, il pagamento doveva essere fatto di persona e alla fine ci è stato mandato un link per il pagamento con carta, non accettano paypal o pagamento tramite booking.
