8.0Very friendly and helpful, very clean. Location pretty good, a 20-min walk into Bournemouth, very quiet, could not hear anything, I mean anything, at night. Very peaceful.

8.0A very comfortable homestay. Clean and welcoming. Spacious bathroom with plenty of hot water. Double aspect windows with garden views. Bed large and comfortable. Linen spotless. Good desk to work at. Complimentary cereals and tea/coffee/juice/water. Plenty of plugs. Very tranquil room and quiet location. Buses into Bournemouth a short walk away. Parking is on the road outside. Considerate and welcoming host. Recommended.
− It is a homestay, so no locks on the room, resident cat and shoes off in the hall. None an issue.

8.0Good quiet street. Welcoming friendly and helpful host. Comfortable room. Host happy for me to utilize her kitchen for making a cup of tea, and using the microwave
− I had a bit of trouble with the shower - not easy to move the valve up or down.
