Good overall, with a couple minor things that need to be sorted especially as price is pretty high
8.0The main bedroom is really lovely, spacious with a very nice en-suite and comfortable bed. Living room was spacious with huge telly and Netflix. Key collection was easy. Good details were supplied with directions and key box code etc. Communications was timely and efficient.
− Bedroom at the front with two single beds was uncomfortable for an adult, just way too soft. Upstairs bathroom smelt very musty and damp. Kitchen was rather scruffy,

10.0Great location. Very quite. Plenty of rooms. Very clean and well kept. For us the location was ideal to explore Liverpool, Manchester, Harrogate and York. We also managed to fit in North Wales and Anglesey. Really happy with our stay.
− Not sure how old the property is, but some areas could do with a slight touch up. A shower in the main bathroom would be very welcome. Grass could have been mowed. All the items mentioned are all very minor and stated in the spirit of continuous improvement. We we really happy with our stay

10.0Felt like home from home the minute we walked into the house. Very clean modern and catered for all our needs. The host was always on hand incase we had any questions and was also a pleasure to deal with.
