The property was modern, warm, well-decorated and clean. It also benefits from fairly large bedrooms and living spaces, as well as a well-equipped kitchen area. The WiFi was excellent, and the property is central enough to enable ease of access across the town centre. It’s also situated nearby several supermarkets and restaurants, which are within walking distance.

− The property was difficult to locate, with its address not entirely matching its actual location. Parking was also not easy to source, as its shared with an adjoining office block. Similarly, the building was temperamental in accessing with a key code which didn’t always work, although we were able to contact the host via Booking.com to amend this. The host also hadn’t mentioned that the TV remote wasn’t present at the property, with the TV having no other way of being used, so we couldn’t use this during our stay.

− Dirty dishes, food left in drawers from previous tenants Heating left on Stink of cigarette especially in the twin bedroom No towels for 5 th guest even though paid for 5 Had to make up bedding for 5th guest - Putting duvet cover and pillow cases onto duvet etc. Dishes in cupboards full of water , possibly from emptying dishwasher when not dry. Broken vase on table Fridge stank of fish Promised cleaners would sort issues by 10 on Saturday but then received a message that they can’t make it

It’s modern and bright and a good table area for dining. The second room is large .

− The location is not suitable for solo female travellers as on an industrial site which you reach via a lonely road with scant lighting. There are graffiti boards on the way to one central Tangier where premises located ( nobody has heard of woodfield house) and a number of homeless people live there. The flats are next to an office block . There is no security into the block of flats with gates to one central wide open as well as the front and back doors. Rubbish is left to blow around and the bin area was pretty disgusting. There is a smell of drains in the car park . There are no drawers in the flat for clothes ?! There was no bath mat or anything to place anything in bathroom. No toilet roll holder. Lots of things like that. So clears not for long term stay . The place when getting to flat was not that clean the bin in the bathroom was not clean and needed a wash. I had to hoover again. No change of linen available.
