Great place to stay
8.0The air conditioning was greatly appreciated. Everything listed against the apartment was provided, including extra towels, extra pillows/blanket etc.
− As the nights got colder, the heater function of the air conditioning wasn't effective.
Great, clean home with all necessary amenities. Location could be better.
10.0The home was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. There was no real common area but that’s okay. The beds were very comfortable and big. The host was extremely responsive and always answered calls immediately and made sure we had everything we needed. Great stay!
− The only draw back was the area. If you are not familiar with Philadelphia area it can be a little intimidating. Some of the nearby houses were not in great condition and many of the passing cars honked a lot or played very loud music. Not the properties fault at all just the only drawback really.
Very attentive staff and a beautiful room would definitely stay again.

8.0− It was very hard to reach a person to check on details before the trip. I wanted to talk with someone and was repeatedly thwarted. I finally called the caretaker and he was very helpful. You should make it clearer that this is the number to use if you want to talk with a live person.
